Celebrating the Past. Inspiring the Future.

Princeton Alumni Corps has spent decades helping Princeton graduates create meaningful impact through public service and civic leadership. Their mission was strong, their impact was real, but they faced a challenge many nonprofits struggle with: helping people truly understand the value of their work.

For Project 55, Princeton Alumni Corps wanted to celebrate its legacy, engage alumni, and raise support for the future of the organization. They weren’t looking for another fundraising video. They needed a story that could help people connect with the mission on a deeper level and inspire them to be part of what comes next.

Finding the Story Behind the Mission

As we spent time learning about the organization, one thing became clear. Princeton Alumni Corps wasn’t just a nonprofit. It was generations of people choosing to give back. The mission lived through the people who had invested their time, talents, and energy into serving others.

That insight became the foundation of the film. We interviewed alumni from multiple generations, including members of Princeton’s Class of 1955, to uncover the stories, values, and experiences that have shaped the organization for decades. Rather than focusing on statistics or accomplishments, we focused on the people behind the mission and the lasting impact they have had on communities across the country.

Bringing the Story to Life

Through authentic interviews, thoughtful visuals, and a documentary-style approach, we created a film that felt personal, honest, and true to the organization. Every creative decision was made with one goal in mind: helping alumni see themselves in the story and understand how their support could help shape the future of Princeton Alumni Corps.

The final film became a centerpiece of Project 55 and gave the organization a powerful way to communicate its mission, celebrate its history, and share its vision for the future.

The Impact

The campaign successfully achieved its original fundraising goal of $50,000 and helped strengthen engagement across the Princeton Alumni Corps community. More importantly, it created momentum around the organization’s next chapter and provided a storytelling foundation that continues to support future fundraising efforts.

Today, Princeton Alumni Corps is building on that momentum as it works toward a $650,000 campaign to support its strategic vision and the future Civic Leadership Center.
